CND’s Vinylux Blue Rapture (162)

This is a gorgeous blue shade! It reminds me of Zoya’s Breezi - this isn’t a shade that I’ve seen in a lot of other lines, but it’s one that I definitely like. The finish on this one is nice and smooth and solid. No thin spots or bunching up.
