CND’s Vinylux Hot Chilis (120)

Brighter, almost “holiday” red, with a shimmer finish and a higher gloss than most other CND polishes. It isn’t metallic, it’s a little bit rough to be a frost finish, but it’s a lovely shade. If you have markedly warmer undertones, this color may not look so great on you because it leans just a little bit cool.

I could not do a neat manicure with this color to save my life. The polish kept ending up on my cuticles. It quite easily sloughed away the next morning in the shower (while staying on the nail), and it didn’t stain. It just looked messy. My error for not putting something like glue around my cuticles before starting this manicure. But it all ended up well…
