All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Color Club’s No Ordinary Love

This polish…it’s just bad. The formula is thick and goopy, and doesn’t self-level worth a damn. The color is okay, though I personally prefer my off-whites to be a little less ivory-leaning. The gold shimmer effect is nice, very understated and elegant. This delightful subtlety is thrown off by the base being a petulant lump. Lovey Dovey, also from the Under My Spell collection, is a very similar shade. It’s a brighter white, but it also has the same formula problems that this one has.
