Color Club’s Nothing But A Smile

Tan polishes can be tricky for me. If they lean too warm, it makes my fingers look -=very=- red. If it’s too beige or ashy, it looks like dirt from a playground baseball diamond instead of a coat of nail polish. This one hits the right spot, color-wise: it’s truly tan without being too strongly yellow, and it looks clear and…well, “bright” isn’t exactly the right word, but that’s the only one I can think of now.

Close-up photo of the middle three fingernails of the left hand, showing 2 coats of Color Club's Nothing But A Smile polish. The left hand holding a bottle of nail polish and displaying all manicured fingernails, with 2 coats of Color Club's Nothing But A Smile polish. Four fingers in a row, resting on the thumb, with all nails displaying 2 coats of Color Club's Nothing But A Smile polish.

The formula is very good. It self-levels even on wildly uneven nails (my thumbnails are always a challenge, but this polish almost makes them look good), it’s durable, and coverage is solid and even.
