A rainbow - literally - of polishes from the larger Poptastic collection. I would argue that Chelsea Girl can only be considered “neon” by using a very generous definition of “neon”, but it is a lovely shade.
Three of the colors were not fully opaque with two coats. Mrs. Robinson is showing 3 coats, and there’s no VNL; but there was a bit with just the two.
