ColourPop’s Crème Gel Liner in Ice Breaker

Cool aqua-green eyeliner - not necessarily good for definition, but great for an eyecatching color accent. There’s a little bit more green in this color than I originally thought there would be. I thought it would be more of a medium-light blue. It’s similar to JDGlow’s Neon Blue Green, but in a different format.
