JD Glow Cosmetics’ Matte Gel Liner in Pastel Neon Blue Green

I really liked seeing this shade available from JDGlow’s Gel Liner collection. The neon green was a bit too yellow for me, but this shade complements blue eyes nicely without overwhelming the blue. This is an intense cool mint, not a teal nor an aqua.

The brush is very fine, but it’s still easy to overload your brush with product, so definitely wipe most of it off on the mouth of the liner tube.
