JD Glow Cosmetics’ Matte Gel Liner in Neon Yellow

If you want a bright yellow liner...come and get it! This is bright screaming neon yellow that leans just barely green. The swatch is a little uneven, and that near-patchiness is a problem that I've had with all kinds of yellow color cosmetics. The liner applies well, though it is easy for me to get too much product on even JDGlow's thin brush.

Once this liner is in place, it stays put for the entire day - even without eye primer.
