JD Glow Cosmetics’ Matte Gel Liner in Neon Blue

Yes, I had to get the blue liner. Even if it would probably overwhelm the blue in my eyes, I had to get the blue liner. It’s neon! My eyes appear to be more of a slate-blue grey when I wear this liner, but I do enjoy it. It is a bit easy to get too much product on the brush, and since it’s a) blue and b) vivid, when it transfers to the skin around your eye because there’s an excess, it’s REALLY visible.
