I personally have not ever been the hugest fan of the “smokey eye” look. That’s just me - I always want either soft muted neutrals or a pop of color. These three colors are all excellent additions to anyone’s makeup stash, I just don’t know that I’d personally use all three of them together. Maybe two with a third - a bright blue, or a vivid yellow, or a muted lilac - but not just these three by themselves.

This kit contained:

• Black Metal — black with silver sparkle
• Ether — medium-deep grey shimmer
• Frost — white shimmer

Black Metal can take a little more work to remove, so best to put down some kind of primer first. It's not as sooty as some other black shadows, but it is definitely very pigmented, and definitely black. Ether and Frost both have excellent adhesion and color payoff. If you want something similar but with a little more drama, try substituting Lithium for Ether. It's a brighter color and has a more reflective finish.
