Concrete Minerals’ Domino

Slightly softened, but I'm not sure if that's intentional for the color, or a side effect of the shadow's relative adhesion.

So many of the Concrete Minerals mattes have fairly good adhesion, and show up quite intensely, both applied wet and dry. Sadly, Domino (a color I was kind of looking forward to) is not one of those. The wet application is very nice, but the dry application is very sheer and a bit patchy.

Photos that show how the product actually performs...! See how I create my swatches

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.

Bang-Up, from Concrete Minerals' regular line, provides more even blue coverage - though it is slightly darker, it's still in the “clear sapphire” range.
