Concrete Minerals’ Hearts

This is an absolutely gorgeous red! It's deep without being blackened, it's saturated, it's got amazing color payoff without any staining, and it's deep enough to work as a liner (for those of us adventurous enough to use red eyeliner.) It definitely looks and applies less orange-y than it appears on the manufacturer's product photo! There's no note on the product page about this color being lip-safe, but if it is - and if you've been looking for The Perfect Blue-Red - this would look amazing.
