Concrete Minerals’ Los Angelitos

This festive blue was the only non-warm color in Concrete Minerals' Sugar Skulls collection. The others were all variants of red, pink, orange, or yellow.

I love the shade of this one! It just…tends to soften a bit, when applied. If you want the intense vivid blue that you see in the pot, you'll definitely want to apply this with a little bit less water, for a heavier application. Same with the dry application: I'd even jump the gun a little bit and apply a first coat while your primer is still damp, then apply a second lighter coat for blending. You'll get the color depth, and the ability to blend it into the adjacent shadows.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.
