Concrete Minerals’ Toxic

This bright green…loses a bit of color depth, unless applied over damp primer or cream shadow. Even then, it sheered out a bit. It's also not a shade that looks really good on me - a bit like the main-collection shade Juvenile - so even though this isn't one of the better-performing mattes, I don't feel that much loss. It does work well as either a layering shade, or a brighter blend-out color.
