Concrete Minerals’ Valkyrie

This is a rich, smooth blue - not the softer, wispier blue that is Domino, nor the purple-blue that is Aromaleigh's Bluemonday. It's a solid color that works well as a liner or an accent. Even my blue-loving heart can't see this as an all-over shade, though that may be a momentary failure of my imagination.

This color...kind of coordinates with the other shades?...in the War Paint collection. I wouldn't necessarily wear those in a single eyeshadow look - they're just a little too "primary" for my personal preferences. I could see wearing the white and the brown with either the blue or the yellow, but not all four at once.

Photos that show how the product actually performs...! See how I create my swatches

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.
