The entry for Liberation is so very short, but tells an interesting story. I had a heck of a time pulling a just a sentence or two from it, because the first two (the ones that I've pulled for most of the Qualities entries) are kind of bleak...but the liberating ending doesn't have the same impact if you don't know the background. I finally decided to post the entry for Liberation in its entirety. (All of the Qualities are personified in her book - some mention other qualities as if they're family members or friends or house guests, some only really tell the story of that particular Quality. But all of the stories are very lyrical, poetic, interesting.

This is the third in my rainbow-eye sequence for the Qualities theme - peoples' color assocations with these latter qualities was all over the spectrum, literally. The others that I've done so far are Whimsy and Forgiveness.
