A cooler, every-so-slightly darker blue with a more pronounced pink shimmer. It's very similar to Crystal Guardian, but more blue-toned (for folks who prefer/look better in something more turquoise than aqua.) This behaves similarly to Crystal Guardian, in that it's a duotone; that it's fully opaque but can be applied very lightly for an interesting blending-layer or effects-layer; and that it looks amazing when lightly applied over a damp, dark cream or gel base.

Cloud Kingdom is a little more versatile, in that it's a more definite blue base, and more easily matches up with pinks and magentas. If you're wavering back and forth between purchasing Cloud Kingdom or Crystal Guardian, I'd say get Cloud Kingdom in full size, and Crystal Guardian in either mini or sample size - so that you can see how well the latter color works for you.
