Femme Fatale Cosmetics’ Hardly Human

Whether I apply this wet or dry, the blue interference-shimmer always comes to the forefront. The base color makes a good background for this layer - and the end result looks like a more opaque version of Sephora's long-discontinued Flashy Mauve eyeliner pencil.

This color might also make a decent blush, if I can find a way to buff away most of the interference-layer so that the color isn't quite so light-reflective.
