This shade seems to have almost every facet of the cool spectrum in it somewhere. The base is a dark turquoise or a light-ish navy, the shimmer is blue-green, and the color looks like it has violet in it somehow. This shade makes such a wonderful liner! (It works just fine as a regular eyeshadow, too…but it's got the color depth and boldness to really look amazing when I use it right near my eyes. My irises are blue-grey, not deeper blue or a blue-green, but the combination is stil very striking.

This blue does not stain, and there isn't a huge amount of fallout from the product. It will migrate, though, and it's very visible because of the shade's intensity, so use a primer or a sealant.
