I love highlighters and “effects colors” like this one that are actually opaque. It gives me the option to use them as standalone shades.

There's a faint gold shimmer to this that's only really visible as an iridescent shimmer, when the light hits it at just the right angle. Unlike Prismatic, which is semiopaque but has some purple tones, there's not necessarily lots of depth to this color. People with decidedly cooler skintones may have some problems wearing this.
