Femme Fatale Cosmetics’ Six Ice Creams Each

This makes a nice near-neutral shade when applied dry. When I want the shimmer to remain more prominent, I get the best effects if I use a sticky base (like Fyrinnae’s Pixie Epoxy or NYX’s Glitter Glue). Applied dry, there’s some of the gold shimmer to act as a nice highlight, but it gets fairly quickly buffed away - so any blending done after application will get rid of most of the gold. It leaves behind the base color, which is very attractive itself.
