Femme Fatale’s Halloween 2013 release - eight eyeshadows, mostly deeper shades and cooler tones. I bought three of the shades in this collection before fully realizing that they were a collection smile Petrified Pumpkin is a rich deep almost-blackened green, Spectral Fragments is an excellent liner shade with amazing pigmentation, and while Witchwood is something I didn’t quite expect, it’s an interesting color!
