Pretty shade with a little extra twist, but…it's a bit on the patchier side sometimes. Applied as either a highlighter, or an all-over color wash, it works very nicely. The fact that the top layer stays rather lightly in place, and most of what stays behind is kind of brown-backed gold residue with some incandescent violet bits scattered sparsely throughout. If you're looking for a solid gold satin, there are other eyeshadows to try. That said…the subtle purple highlights in this are really lovely and interesting.
