Handaiyan’s Colored Mascara in Lapis Blue (05)

The deeper of the two blue mascaras in this collection is still bright enough not to be a navy, but it's not a near-pastel shade either. This isn't the best shade on me because it kind of washes out my eye color, but that's just how the color looks on me, not how it performs. Like all of the Handaiyan colored mascaras, the brush bristles are very short but cover a longer portion of the wand.
