JD Glow Cosmetics’ Liquid Gel Liner in Rule #1

This is great to put over deeper-colored liners for a strong iridescent effect. I use it on its own for a more subtle display. It does kind of disappear when I use it on its own, but some days, that's exactly what I'm looking for: the not-there base with strong flashes of blue that show up when they damn well please.
