I was a firm "pencil liner" fan before I tried these. I'd had my less-than-wonderful experiences with liquid liner, and decided that it just wasn't a tool that would work for me. I first tried these out because of the neon mattes - I love how neon eyeliners look on me, and finding good brilliant neon colors that aren't limited-edition or discontinued...isn't always easy. The neon mattes were my gateway.
The brush is longer but not overly fluid, and the formula is excellent - the first few times I wore these, I over-applied. (If you apply liquid eyeliner and it cakes and cracks, you're using too much.) Once in place, it doesn't flake away and has to be removed at the end of the day. I've been able to remove mine with either a Makeup Eraser cloth, a microfiber cloth with micellar water, or the last remnants of some makeup remover wipes I had.
The collection is subdivided into three groups: Galaxy Liners, Metallic Liners, and Matte Liners. This doesn't include five multichrome liners in the Special Edition section. The multichrome liquid liners do match up with their multichrome shadows, they're just named differently.
