JD Glow Cosmetics’ Matte Gel Liner in Glory

Matte black eyeliner. Not exciting like JD Glow's other liquid gel liners, the neon brights and neon pastels and the metallics and the multichromes. But the formula of all the others is so great! I get a solid black line, with minimal reflectivity so it's nearly matte but not totally.
