Kiko Cosmetics’ Long Lasting Stick Shadow in Slate Blue (18)

This is an odd color…but it’s great for people who want a well-set-off interference effect layer without having to use a solidly opaque dark cream base. The downside is that if you want to keep the blue shimmer in place, you’ll want to avoid blending or smudging or…using other colors on top of it.
