L’Oréal’s Infallible Paints Eyeliner in White Party

The “solid white eyeliner” look was more popular around 2011/2012, but I still love using it. I like having this color in a felt-tip liner pencil, too - I like felt-tip liners more than the ultra-thin brushes, because I feel like I have more control and can get a line applied more quickly.
