Maybelline’s Blue On By Color Tattoo cream shadow

This is another of the limited-edition Summer 2012 releases, and the one that had the best color payoff. This is a really vibrant blue! I don't love using it as an all-over color (personal preference), but as a bold liner shade it's excellent. I can easily see other people really rocking this shade of cream shadow all over their lid, though. It applies a bit better when you dot or stipple it into place, or build in thin layers. Once it's in place and allowed time to properly cure and dry, it does stay in place very well. But if you put on multiple layers and don't allow for drying time in between, you'll get a bit of movement.
