Meow Cosmetics’ Catchoo

This was the first matte shadow from Meow that I purchased in full size. It's a gorgeous color, but…Meow does not have one of the better indie matte eyeshadow formulas. The shadow goes on, sure; but it doesn't like staying in place. I have to use what I consider drastic measures not to have the shadow fade - rather noticeably - as the day progresses. Instead of just applying it over a primer and (for the sparklebombs) adding a sealant, I have to apply these matte colors over something aggressive like Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy or Silk Naturals' Stick ‘Em.
