I put off getting this one because it looked like your standard stereotypical black semi-shimmer. Then when the colors were all being switched over from the 10-gram to the 5-gram jars…I went a little hog-wild. The pigmentation is good, but this isn’t a dark solid black - more like a blued black, or a really blackened dark navy with a low-shimmer finish. I actually like that it’s not a solid dark black - because those are all over the place. This is a cool blueish liner shade that works very nicely with my blue eyes, in a way that either navy or solid true black wouldn’t. (Either of those makes a good liner shade for me. I’m just glad to have this lovely blending of the two shades…)
