Meow Cosmetics’ Crystalline Cat Glow Powder collection

I use these as all-over eyeshadows, as highlighters on my eyes and cheeks, but I haven’t used any as an “all-over face” color. I like the opacity levels, the color payoff - very slight hint of tint, not a heavy color. I like the slight shimmer effect that doesn’t edge over into “glitter” territory. And I like that Meow lets people choose which size they prefer to buy: 10 gram jar, or 20 gram.
