Meow Cosmetics’ Misfortune

This color actually reminds me of Maybelline's Color Tattoo in Shimmering Sea: a soft but opaque medium-light blue with a softened gold duotone shimmer on top. The color is a bit more teal than Spell. The color is a bit too light for me to use as a liner, if I want definition; but it's a great lower-key blue shadow for spring and summer.
