Not a large collection, but some nice colors. A few of these were a little less pigmented than I expected, and one or two didn’t have the color complexity I believed they’d have, based on the descriptions; but most that I purchased were okay. Of Meow’s “regular-line” shadow collections - including IdealEyes, VandalEyes, and ModernEyes - these impressed me the least. That doesn’t mean they aren’t of good quality, just that the ones that I bought or sampled had lower-than-expected color payoff, sparkle factor, color complexity, or all three. These are shimmers, so none of these had tons of sparkle or fallout-risk. When I first began buying from Meow, these colors were exclusively sold in 10-gram jars ($10.25 for 2 grams.) In 2010 Meow announced on their message board that they had plans to move to the 5-gram jar sizes for these colors, and in fall 2011 they began selling the colors exclusively in 5-gram jars as the 10-gram jar stock was depleted. The per-unit cost is higher - but for folks who prefer to purchase lesser amounts of color, this probably makes more sense.
