If this weren't listed on the Feliners page, I'd be ready to swear that it was part of the Cat Eyes matte shadows collection. It's dry, not invisible but a bit on the powdery side, no shimmer or pearl or satin finish whatsoever. Once this color gets in place, it tends to want to fade faster than the other Feliner shades, but not quite as rapidly as the Cat Eyes shadows that I've tried. I'm happiest with the results when I both apply this over a primer, and use some kind of mixing medium.
