All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Milani Cosmetics’ Hypnotic Lights Powder Highlighter in Luminous Light

This is more of a “pink interference” highlighter with only a very soft base shade. It does have a whitish cast, so that’s a factor if your skintone is deeper than medium-fair. I think this is my least-favorite highlighter of the collection. It’s mostly because of the color, or lack thereof. It isn’t impossible to find these pink-interference highlighters. (Maybe that’s why this color was one of the two that wasn’t ever sold in stores, only online through Milani’s own website…?)
