Milani Cosmetics’ Hypnotic Lights Powder Highlighter collection

I am such a sucker for duotone highlighters. When I first saw Beaming Light and Flashing Light in the store, I was highly interested in this whole collection. These are larger pressed-powder highlighters, about the same size as Milani’s Rose Powder Blushes or Maybelline’s Master Studio Chrome Highlighters. The powder is pretty buttery, it applies very well and there’s not a huge amount of loose dust kicked up when I run the brush across the product surface. They can be built up, or sheered away for minimal effects.

My favorites are the first two I found, which also have the strongest duotone effects. Luster Light is more of a dusty peach, while Luminous Light is largely just a pearl-pink highlighter.
