Milani Cosmetics’ Hypnotic Lights Powder Highlighter in Flashing Light

This highlighter is more gold than rose, but there is a very faint layer of sheer pink under the gold shimmer. This is almost a powder-dupe of Unicorn Dreams. I like the layering effect and the way that the background color makes the gold highlight stand out just that much more.
