All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Milani Cosmetics’ Hypnotic Lights Powder Highlighter in Luster Light

This is much more of a “standard” soft highlighter. It’s not like Flashing Light - my personal favorite from this group - with its pink-rose undertone that makes that almost a blush+highlighter combo. There does seem to be some greyish or taupe base color, but it’s also incredibly sheer. Trying to build that up just gets more of the shimmer.

Out of the entire set, this is my least favorite shade. It’s got a nice gold shimmer, but it’s so very very subtle… I can find stronger gold highlighters from other brands.
