Milani Cosmetics’ Strobelight Instant Glow Powder in Moon Glow

All of the highlighters in this collection are very similar: a sheer beige or tan base with a smooth silver, gold, or copper shimmer. I don’t know how these would look on deeper skintones, but on my fair skin the base shade disappears and the shimmer is extremely subtle - more of a light glow than a strong shimmer. I can easily get the product on my brush, and blend it once applied - it’s just…very very soft.

I don’t know that I would buy these again, simply because I have other items in my collection that give me a stronger highlight without the need to layer it to make it pop. I might try adding this on top of darker blushes to both mute the blush shade and to add a soft glow.
