My Pretty Zombie’s Bettie

Kind of a turquoise-aqua with very minimal visible finish. It's brighter, but not a full-on neon; but I can see folks who are not generally blue-eyeshadow people having trouble deciding how to wear this color. (Hint for those who want to try this shade but aren't sure how: it makes a great accent on the inner corner of the lid, where the color shows but doesn't overwhelm the rest of the look.)
