The blue looks very intense - almost intimidating in the pot. Then you apply it and…it's still pretty, but not so overpowering! It looks a little aqua-leaning in the wet application, but overall it does stay true to color. The finish is a bit rougher when applied wet, but a smoother, slightly softer pearl finish when I don't use any kind of foiling medium.

This is a neutral-cool blue, which means that it wouldn't really flatter most warmer skintones. It also softens so much, compared to its appearance in the pot, that I'm not sure how well it would show up on deeper skintones. It might just look like a softer wash of color, rather than showing up as a strong blue of any intensity.
