All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Notoriously Morbid’s Nothing is Trivial

Pale aqua-blue base with a smooth, strong gold shimmer layer. While I do have a few other eyeshadows that are similar to this, their shimmer is reddish or the base color is cooler or the base and effect are both much softer.

This will really pop dramatically over a darker cream shadow base, and will be more intense over a lighter cream shadow base.
