NYX Cosmetics’ Epic Wear Liquid Liner in Red

A lovely, rich red liner in a liquid formula. Perfect for Halloween eye looks, and definitely eye-safe, unlike some of the super-cheap stuff you might find elsewhere this time of year. The formula is a good density - thicker than the Vivid Brights liners - but with the included longer brush applicator, it isn’t as easy to get a sharp, straight line unless you practice a lot, or use a stencil.
