NYX Cosmetics’ Hard Core Chrome

This applies so much softer than I would have guessed! In the pot, it looks like a medium-deep teal. Even the foiled application has a lot less depth and intensity. It's an attractive blue, but a bit softer than I might have chosen, had I known what I was getting into. (This version of Hard Core Chrome came in the square packaging - so maybe, just maybe, there was also a formula-change along with the packaging makeover. If so, I am firmly on the side of the Most Unthrilled.)
