NYX Cosmetics’ Shout Loud Satin Lipstick in 1999

This lipstick is good quality - a little wetter formula than some of the other lipsticks, but it still applies evenly and easily. I remember makeup of the 1990s, and brown lips was most definitely a thing! This is a neutral brown that leans a little cooler, but not strongly cool. It gives me good coverage without feathering or fading unevenly.
