NYX Cosmetics’ Vivid Brights Liner in Vivid Sapphire

This color isn’t kidding with the “bright” description. It’s not a neon, but it does come close. It’s a lovely blue - I wish that this was available in a more durable, longer-lasting formula. This will stay put for the whole day only if I a) apply it over primer and b) go over it a second time with a sealant. This exact shade washes out most of the color of my blue eyes, but I bet this would look utterly amazing with deep brown eyes.
