Zoya’s Mirajane

This is the only color I bought out of the UltraBright Neons collection. It’s the only color I want to buy from that collection. It’s described as “neon navy,” and it’s definitely a deeper shade. It leans a bit blue-violet. When I wear it over black or brown, I get the slightly deeper blue-violet. Wearing it over white, I get a brighter shade that leans a little more toward blue. This color is a jelly/semisheer, so you either need to wear it over the base color of your choice, or deal with some of the nail bed showing through.
