OPI’s Painted Desert collection

Even over a decade after the release of this collection, I was still able to pick up a few shades. Nomad’s Dream has pretty much been made part of the regular line now. I can find that color at several big-box retailers that carry OPI. Sahara Sapphire wasn’t easy to find, but I did manage to get two bottles. The only other color that I was able to pick up was Sonora Sunset.

This collection contained:

  • 100 Degrees in the Shade — warm red creme
  • Casa Blanca — Navajo-white creme
  • Great Victorian Violet — muted lilac pearl
  • Kalahari Khaki — metallic antiqued gold pearl
  • Mojave Mystic Mauve — dusty lilac-purple pearl
  • Nomad's Dream — canyon-tan pearl with slight green duochrome
  • Painted Desert Crimson — metallic deep red pearl
  • Peel Me a Gobi Grape — medium deep purple shimmer
  • Red Rock N Roll — bright red creme
  • Sahara Sapphire — metallic greyed blue pearl
  • Sedona Seduction — medium light blue pearl
  • Sonora Sunset — metallic wine-red shimmer

I would love to get ahold of Kalahari Khaki, Mojave Mystic Mauve, or Painted Desert Crimson - but I haven't even seen them on Ebay marked HTF and priced exhorbitantly, so I don't think those shades will ever make it into my collection.
